1. Job Position: Sales / Application Engineer (Electric Motor, Generator and Drive)
– Full Time Permanent Position

2. Main Duties/Responsibilities

Responsible for the review customer’s spec and make commercial and technical quotations with technical documents
Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements
Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary
Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery
Establish customer rapport and acceptance
Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands
Help clients to solve problems with product usage
Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective
Provide information to management to avoid any potential risk of the contract
Coordinate with local forwarder to make sure the products arrive within delivery(Review shipment status daily and weekly, making necessary adjustments)
Arrange trucking shipment with local forwarder
Make a weekly base conference call with Design Department and receive technical support for the projects with critical technical requirements.
Analyze customer requirement and find suitable and economic design of motors and generators for the customers
Advises team members or management on the delay of delivery or quotation

3. Preferred Skills
– Ability to utilize MS office, strong Excel skills preferred

4. Preferred Qualification
– Green Card, US Citizenship
– Bilingual in English and Korean
