학력 : 고졸이상Responsibilities: W/H supply inventory / purchasing
Serve as the first point of contact for office management duties, such as office maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment
Carry out administrative duties for the Office and other related NA branches
Routinely take care of facility management (safety and cleanliness) of all areas in the office
Maintain up-to-date inventory of all company assets : especially W/H supply
Carry out administrative duties in connection with personnel changes
Update and implement all necessary policies and procedures related to Human Resources as requested
Manage and process invoices for various vendors in a timely manner by working closely with the Finance Team
Plan and coordinate various events and meetings throughout the year
Assist with other duties as assigned : Account LeadQualifications:
High School Above
2+ years of experience in Logistics Required
Outlook, Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word
Excellent written and oral skills (English)
Able to engage and work directly with customers
Problem solver mindset
Self-motivated, Organized with strong work ethic
Handle high pressure and fast pace operations as needed
Open to learning other modes of transportation as needed
