General Affairs Specialist(1~5 years) / Manager (6~10years)

Manage corporate service projects and programs as related.
Provide insights of project Process, timeline and budget.
Write and revise scope of work, policies and process flow.
Create and standardize procedures for efficiency enhancement.
Improve and enhance process with current tasks.
Provide documents of project reports, budget handling and inventory.
Support management with routine reports.
Source potential vendors and analyze information as needed.
Manage and maintain relationship with vendors.
Coordinate with production teams to provide great work place and benefits for the employees.
Provide strategic plans for long term programs and projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
