Position Summary:
Hyundai Power Transformers is currently seeking an experienced Network, Server, and Security System Engineer to join our IT team.
This individual will be responsible for providing support to our IT team and end-users within our organization. The primary objectives of this position are to administer, oversee, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, network and server infrastructure and security system including all network related issues.

Responsibilities:
• Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network device/system such as WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers
• Strong knowledge of configure to mitigate any potential vulnerability
• Administer and maintains IT infrastructure such as servers (AD objects, Group Policy, and Exchange Server), EMC, and security solution
• Develop a security strategy and recommend security enhancements as needed
• Research, implement, and test new network functions, technologies, applications and/or systems
• Research, develop, execute policies and procedures necessary to maintain efficient operations of the current system and networks
• Diagnose hardware and software failures and establish the prevention measures
• Install, upgrade and configure hardware and software on servers/clients
• Liaise with support partner for problem resolution and improvements
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• A minimum 4~5 years of experience with network device, security, hardware and software management
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
• Hands on experience with Window Server, Exchange Server, and virtual server environment is a plus
• Working knowledge of VMware ESXi and EMC SAN / NAS storage devices
• Strong grasp of TCP/IP logic, network layering and connectivity challenges
• Strong verbal/written, communication, and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively
• Solid documentation skills to effectively report to team leaders and management
• Ability to be self-motivated, fast paced, respectful, approachable and team oriented to build strong working relationship
• Professional proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suit such as Words, Excel, Power Point, and Visio
• Network security experience
• Network or IT technical Certification is preferred
