Job descriptions:
 Assist managing the company’s financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses
 Handle internal report and financial analysis reports
 Assist affiliates’ BOD meetings and other business update meetings
 Studying and assisting IPO process in the US market and related capital market monitoring, research and analysis
 Analyze costs and actual business performance for the company and its affiliates
 Draft and assist in KPI management, business planning, bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow planning and risk management outlook for the company and its affiliates or for specific projects
 Handle other general office tasks

Requirements:
 Around 3-5 years of professional work experience
 A solid understanding of financial reporting, treasury, tax, accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP) and other related reporting and analysis
 Good report-writing and communication skills- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.), SAP, and other financial software
 Bilingual (English/Korean) is required
 Must be legally eligible to work in the US
 Attention to details and ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
 Good understanding of contents business with focus on scripted/non-scripted production structuring, distribution, and related business opportunities
 Good understanding of contents business value chain, major players in the market, and key terms for business structuring both at project and company level
