    1. Accounting & Finance Manager

    The company is seeking a candidate for a full-time manager position with a passion for accounting and finance. The position is responsible for all accounting and finance responsibilities as below.

    I. Responsibilities
    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
    • Prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit
    – Consolidated financial statements, including subsidiaries F/S and international liaison office F/S
    – Income tax provision
    – Notes to consolidated financial statements
    • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-year/yearly closing
    • Manage daily cash flows
    • Check and verify accounts payable records, prepares invoices, data entry and files
    • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
    • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
    • Report to and support top management
    • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    II. Qualifications
    • 3+ year(s) of relevant experience and Major in Accounting and/or Finance for full-time managerial position
    • Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree preferred
    • Flexibility to adapt and accept various tasks
    • Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
