Summary
A product developer manages the process of developing a product or enhancing existing products in order to meet customer expectations effectively

Job Duties
Analyze all customer requirements and industry trends
Collect day to day product requests from various channels
Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive
Monitor development process and ensure compliance to schedule and timeframe
Analyze current marketing trends and ensure consistency of styling with same
Design and maintain master spreadsheet for product development and prepare appropriate reports

Skills
At least 3 year or more of experience in Product developement/marketing related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative and innovative thinking skills

Problem-solving skills
Be highly innovative, possess the ability to problem-solve and work well within a team.

Requirements
Industrial design, business, marketing or similar degree
Ability to work independently and manage many details and projects simultaneously.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Work Hours
9 AM – 6 PM
Monday – Friday
