A wlorld leading logistics company is hiring a payroll and HR operation specialist.

Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $45,000 – $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

Perform payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now system
Input all aspects of payroll to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Assist with onboarding and off-boarding employees.
Reconcile benefit invoices to payroll deductions.
Investigate and answer routine and non-routine questions regarding payroll issues.
Assign training as required to maintain established guidelines.
Perform other administrative and clerical support to the department.
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Uphold HR policies and procedures.
Respond to requests for employment verification, document production.
Reviews and responds to unemployment claims and dispute claim as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Prefrred 3~7 years experience
