Human Resources/Admin Analyst

Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $48,000 – $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, evaluate and recommend goals and objectives.
Participate in the planning, development and implementation of a variety projects.
Conduct research, collects and analyze statistical and related data.
Prepare comprehensive technical report and correspondence, maintains records and prepare for the daily and monthly reports.
Support compliance efforts for benefit and insurance programs.
Assist with onboarding and off-boarding employees.
Perform other administrative and clerical support to the department.
Respond to requests for employment verification, document production.
Other duties as assigned.

Prefrred 3~7 years experience
