Account Manager
We are looking for a friendly and confident candidate who is able to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our clients.
The account manager position will assist customers for a swift and pleasure buying process. She/he will ensure a successful delivery of solutions when any problems arise.
Our ideal candidate will have a good sense of teamwork and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Applicant should also be comfortable speaking in Korean in order to communicate with our factory members.
Responsibilities
- Creating and processing invoices
- Sending invoices to clients
- Cross-checking invoices with payments to ensure accuracy
- Tracking overdue payments
- Provide proper communication with clients and assist them accordingly
- Build strong client relationships
- Stay on top of production schedule to make sure shipments are made in a timely and orderly manner
- Order inventory from suppliers
- Drawing simple jewelry design
