Responsibilities/Duties:
Troubleshoot, repair, and configure computer components
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to in-house systems, software, and hardware
Respond to incoming technical support issues through phone and email
Setup workstations that includes installing company software and security systems
Document and follow standard helpdesk procedures
Support mobile device applications
Assist with workstation inventory
Escalate and re-direct problems to the appropriate resource as needed
Adapt to new updates for in-house systemsMinimum Qualifications:
Related Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years’ worth of hands-on helpdesk experience
• Strong troubleshooting methodology is required
Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2019
• Candidate should have good customer service skills, communication, work independently and have interpersonal skills.
