We are looking for highly motivated E-Commerce (Amazon, Shopify) fulfillment manager to handle duties about our own warehouse and managing whole logistics department.

    Cocod’or has currently positioning on #1 Korea fragrance diffuser market. Cocod’or has a large diffuser production complex and produce a large volume of diffuser. Also, Cocod’or runs own R&D center and developing own perfume as well. Currently, Cocod’or has doing business over 23 countries and running 5 oversea branches: USA, Taiwan, China, Japan and Italy. Cocod’or does E-Commerce sales and running its own online sales market. Also, Cocod’or has shown its position as #1 for reed diffuser in USA Amazon with Amazon’s Choice. Cocod’or is doing a B2B business and maintaining strong relationships with numerous buyers.     Job details
    1) Managing clients
    – New Customer Inquiry Response
    – Receive purchase order
    – Communication with the headquarters in Korea (English/Korean)
    2) Inventory Management
    – Keep tabs on the data about warehouse inventory
    – Check the shipment status by using data or system
    3) General office operation
    – Purchase of office equipment
    – Managing office expenses
    – Other general administrative affairs

    3.Mandatory Qualification
    Experience:
    • 1~3 years of administrative experience
    Skills/license
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Ability to work in a team environment and follow company procedures
    • Multitasking Skill required
    • Bilingual (English/Korean)

    Preferred
    • Understanding of Logistics duties
    • References (If you have any, not mandatory)
