어카운팅 경력 5년이상의 Senior Accountant 또는 Accounting Manager를 찾습니다. 최근 경력 5년중 3년 이상은 Public Accounting Firm 에서 일한 경험이 반드시 있어야 합니다.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise monthly GL closing, including establishing monthly close checklist, processing of journal entries and the preparation of a variety of financial reports and analysis.
• Coordinate, review and approve certain internal financial reports.
• Manage the assigned personnel to accomplish functional responsibilities accurately and timely
• Organize and lead bi-weekly tax & accounting seminars for internal education
• Prepare individual & corporation tax reports
• Mentoring & supervising 3-4 staff accountantsSKILL:
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and public accounting processes and controls
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting roles
• CPA preferred
• Experiences in managing and supervising work for staff a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to self-review
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 for Sr Accountant; $105,000 – $125,000 for Manager
• Paid holidays: 13 days/year (17 days from 2022)
