– 근무 요일 : 주 5일 (월 – 금)
– 근무 시간 : 기본 08:00 am ~ 05:00 pm
단, Window Time 적용 : 7시-8:30분 출근해서 8시간 근무 후 퇴근, 점심시간 1시간
예) 7:30분 출근시 (점심시간 12시 – 1시) 4:30 퇴근

– Corporate credit card reconciliation
– Travel expenses reimbursements
– Supporting HQ visitors (Arranging lodging, rental car, meeting room etc.)
– Submit maintenance request to building management
– Managing contracts with partnership vendors (hotel, rental car)
– Make a payment to the vendors for rental assets
– Coordinate breakfasts/lunches order for in-house meetings
– Maintain breakroom coffee machines, water purifier machine, ice machine, and supplies
– Maintain office supplies; ordering, stocking, inventory, etc
– Billing and invoicing for subtenants
– Greet guests; sign-in book, badges, etc
– Answer main phone line and redirect any calls that need to be transferred.
(It is just the mainline. All employees have their own direct line that is normally called)
– Check mailroom daily and distribute mail to appropriate office personnel.
– Keep copy machines stocked with paper each day.
– Maintain and keep office supply stockroom
-Perform ad-hoc administration duties
-Receive and deliver ups and/or other deliveries to appropriate office personnel.
