Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and process payroll
• Conduct employee engagement & evaluation (attendance, point system, etc.)
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Implement and review employment benefits (insurance, 401K, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate with staffing companies and review staffing invoices
• Responsible for talent acquisition (recruiting, onboarding, etc.)
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementQualifications:
• 4-8+ years of experience as an HR generalist
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Bilingual in English and Korean (Preferred)
