Responsibilities
– Lead team in the IFRS financial statement reporting process; convert K-IFRS financial statements to IFRS financial statements; review IFRS financial statements
– Lead SEC filing process
– Help identifying areas of improvement; focus on developing accounting team members

Qualifications
– AICPA qualification required
– 3~5 years of accounting/finance experience in private/public U.S. companies
– Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS; experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements based on IFRS and/or U.S. GAAP accounting standards
– Bilingual (native in English, fluent in Korean)

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience of taking a company through an IPO
– Experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms
– Experience in a fast-growing start-up or content/media-related company
