A global, leading comprehensive Quartz and Solid Surfaces supplier of Premium Kitchen & Bath Countertop Materials with its HQ in Atlanta, GA has partnered with Joynus to help identity a Credit & Collection Specialist. This is an especially important role, and you will be working with the business leaders and strategists to make an impact in the company for years to come.

Main Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage new accounts
• Finalize cash receipts, updates AR ledger by customer, posts cash daily
• Processes customer claims of invoice payment, disputes, discounts, terms, returns and warranty
• Respond to AR inquiries in a timely manner
• Generates weekly age analysis

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Preferred)
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• 1-3+ years of general accounts receivable experiences
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software as well as accounting software
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: 50k-70k depending on experience
