Quality Control Associate:

Provide assistance to Quality Control Manager
Assist in delivering effective communication with customers
Assist with ensuring products meet acceptable quality standards before shipping out
Make data, weekly report, and KPI entry
Provide training to Q.C. team members
Provide assistance to production where necessary regarding the Q.C. procedures

Preference:
Basic level of fluency in English (in case of communication over the phone)
Computer skills (Excel)
