    We are looking for candidates regarding to below position;

    Position : Human Resource Specialist

    Technical:
    Develop recruiting sources that provide sufficient quantity and superior quality candidates.
    Develop Behavioral interview questions that are specific to each position.
    Interview candidates and complete evaluations.
    Coordinate the development and implementation of a comprehensive Team Member orientation program.
    Conduct background checks on candidates
    Track applicants, maintain data and complete reports pertaining to the hiring process.
    Complete payroll submissions timely and accurately.
    Assist supervisors with the payroll process.
    Resolve payroll questions and issues promptly

    Other Duties:
    Assist with HR measurements and goals including:
    Development of job descriptions
    HR recordkeeping and compliance
    Communications to Team Members
    Team Member performance management
    Team Member benefits programs
    Team Member training & development
    Assists with coordination of outside vendors
