이번에 첫 미국 기업에 verbal offer를 받게 되어 background check를 하게 되었습니다.
현재까지 한국경력만 있어 이런것은 처음하게 되어 몇가지 문의 드립니다.

1. 기존회사의 permission contact 란을 check하게 되었 있는데 No 라고 해도 될까요?
반드시 안해도 되는 것 같이 설명이 되어 있는 것 같은데 불이익은 없을 까요?

2. 이력서에 적은 직급과 현재 직급명이 다른데 문제가 없을까요?
실제 경력 증명서를 뽑으니 제가 알고 있는 직급명이 다르네요..
(회사에서 실제 사용했던 직급명과 다르다는 것을 이제야 알았네요ㅠㅠ)
