This is a hands-on position that will oversee workers in the absence of the Warehouse Manager to ensure work assignment completion and full customer satisfaction. This position will be working in refrigerated warehouse; therefore, the candidate must be comfortable to work in cold/very cold warehouse, temperature ranging in 35-38F. This position should be familiar with computer-based work including shipping documentation.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Perform and assign work duties to warehouse personnel, prioritized and established by the Warehouse Manager
Make documentation of shipping and enter/adjust order into ERP system
Interface with Customer Service and Transportation
Ensure Warehouse metrics are achieved to provide full customer satisfaction
Pick, pack, and verify customer orders
Dispatch, ship, and confirm customer orders within inventory system
Perform cycle counts as needed
Load and unload truck
Rotate and replenish product as needed
Enter inbound/outbound shipments in Oracle and input data into Excel
Ensure all GMP and Safety guidelines are followed
Maintain warehouse in an AIB Superior rating
Skills/Qualifications:

Forklift experience – Minimum 2 years
2-5 years’ experience in order fulfillment
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience in a Perishable Food Warehouse a plus
Good verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and basic math skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work in cold warehouse environment
Bilingual skills in Korean preferred
