한가지 답변에 이해가 안되는 사항이있습니다.
제 변호사는 이미 interfile 을 요청했으니 두번의 I-485 는 필요가 없다고 했는데,

3. Pending Petition to an Approved Petition
An adjustment applicant with a concurrently filed and pending immigrant petition may replace the pending petition with a subsequently filed and approved petition as the basis for the pending adjustment application.
이렇게 쓰여 있는데, 이미 interfile 을 신청했더라도 original pending petition 이 거절되면 계류중인 485도 거절되는게
맞는지요 ?
그러면 무조건 두번째 I-485 를 신청하는 것이 안전한건가요 ?
