Recently, bought a car thru a priviate dealer.
From what he said, the car is still under manufactuer warranty until year 2009. But he didn’t provide me with any sort of supporting work paper regarding the warranty… just saying that it comes with vin number so just need to bring the car to any dealer..

I just wanted to make sure if it is true that first warranty is always transferable to any other second or third owner without any proof of warranty..
