Administrative Staff (Planning)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
Location: Commerce, GAJob Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting and communicating the job sites feedback to the planning manager and department. Drafting/Updating planning expenditures and related reports.As part of the planning department duties include but are not limited to:
• Drafting documents in support of the planning manager and department.
• Coordinating with the planning manager and department for future work schedules on site.
• Organizing and keeping track of expenditures for the related project.
• Working with vendors and contractors to facilitate work on site.
• Working with architects and engineers to better understand the necessities of the site.
• Working with the management department on site and HQ, communication is key.Benefits:

• Weekends varying, depending on the site’s demand/Schedule.Qualifications Summary:
We are seeking individuals with 1-3 years’ experience in commercial or industrial settings. College education is desired but not required. Computer skills a must, mostly programs like excel.Qualifications:
• High school diploma or higher
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in an Administrative role
• Familiar with facility maintenance and/or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak with internal and external clients.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Respond well to constructive criticism and direction.
• Ability to perform several tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
