Pay: $36,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
Location: Commerce, GAJob Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for recording the materials needed on site for later communicating said material/supplies to the purchasing department.As part of the Material department duties include but are not limited to:
• Drafting documents such as purchase requests and forwarding them to the purchase dept.
• Coordinating with the site management to make sure all specs regarding the material is correct.
• Making sure the delivered material match in spec, quality and quantity.
• Recording and reporting of delivered material.
• Working with vendors and contractors to double check the material needed.
• Working with architects and engineers to better understand the necessities of the site.
• Working with the management department on site and HQ, communication is key.Benefits:

We are seeking individuals with 1-2 years’ experience in commercial or industrial settings. College education is desired but not required. Computer skills a must, mostly programs like excel.Qualifications:
• High school diploma or higher
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in an Administrative role
• Familiar with facility maintenance and/or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak with internal and external clients.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Respond well to constructive criticism and direction.
• Ability to perform several tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
