We are growing our Global Search Practice! As an Executive Recruiter, you will join the team specializing in Global Executive Search, Research, Data Science, and HR Strategy to provide turnkey HR solutions and Executive Suite services for our top VIP client groups. Placements made by Executive Recruiters are strategically aligned to our clients’ confidential business growth imperatives, succession & workforce planning, and organizational change transformations. You will focus on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. Additionally, you will be engaged in business development, sales, marketing, and research. Executive recruiters also serve as career consultants and leadership coaches, helping candidates identify stronger executive opportunities aligned to professional development goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required – Any major
5+ years of any work – Preferranly HR, TA, Sales, Ops, CS
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Experience in working in a collaborative team environment
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to both internal and external stakeholders
Strong project management skills, to follow up effectively and handle multiple projects at once
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and customer service skills
Proven ability to deliver results by prioritizing multiple cases and managing time efficiently
Self-motivated, creative, curious, and driven to succeed, with a strong desire to learn and grow

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
