supervisor, 2 years (Preferred)

Full Job Description
– Lead team leaders and manage the overall performance and work output of all warehouse team members.
– Responsible for monitoring orders to ensure they are delivered on time and correctly done as ordered.
– Handle corrective action regarding warehouse team members.
– Manage daily paperwork and reports.
– Communicate and work directly with customers on regular basis.
– Handle emergency work ordered which was assigned.

Minimum Skills
– Language: English and Korean (Required)

– BS or BA Degree but will consider experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

-Advanced communication, critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.

-Ability to effectively manage Team Members in a way that generates results while creating a good working environment.

– 2-5 Years as a manager, preferably in a warehouse environment.

-Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

-Must be able to work overtime as needed including weekends.

-Must be able to create training documents, work instruction, and operational manuals for the department.

-Experience with conducting interviews, performance reviews, and handling corrective action processes.

-Must be able to work independently and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

-Must have experience working directly with customers and outside vendors.

-Proven ability to prioritize and work through multiple projects in a timely manner.

-Must be able to function and adapt to an ever-changing environment.

The working hours are Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 6:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Must be able to train on another shift if needed. Applicants must include all necessary information to enable the employer to reference employment history. Employer will conduct a pre-employment background, physical and drug screen as well as verify all new hires through E-Verify. The warehouse is a Drug Free-Tobacco Free Workplace. Visa sponsorship is available.
