Roth IRA nonqualified distribution 가운데 원금 부분은 벌금없이 찾을 수 있고, investment earning 부분은 $10,000불 까지 벌금없이 찾을 수 있습니다. 또 Roth IRA nonqualified distribution 을 세금이나 벌금없이 적용하기 위해선 앞에서 말씀드린 Form 8606 을 사용해서 해당하는 금액을 보고하셔야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 nonqualified distribution 전체에 대해 ordinary income tax 와 penalty 를 내게 됩니다.
