ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Complete report and its analysis for monthly purchasing record
2. Complete report and its analysis for following month purchasing plan
3. Report price trends of major materials on a quarterly basis
4. Keep great teamwork with positive leadership for stable purchasing team management
5. General management and coordination for material quality, delivery, and quantity issues with concerned department to resolve
6. Oversee daily workflow of department
7. Frequent local business travel to implement tasks
8. Occasional domestic and/or international travel

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
1. Bachelor’s Degree Business, or related discipline.
2. At least seven (7) years’ purchasing experience in manufacturing required, preferably in the furniture industry.
3. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) with intermediate Excel ability.
4. Experience in ERP (SAP) at an intermediate level.
5. Broad knowledge of trading condition and Incoterms 2020 required.
6. Critical thinking and negotiation skills with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Bi-lingual Korean-English.
