Summary
– Responsible for design, coordination and set-up and implementation of Line side Part Sequence Center (JIS)

Job Requirements
– Desired candidate will have the ability to design Sequence Center utilizing computerized layout and design systems. He/She will have in depth knowledge of SAP, GCS, JIS Client and associated programs and systems. Thorough knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics. Skilled in Feasibility Analysis, Time Studies and the ability to create JIS Plan and perform implementation.
1. Standard Operating Procedures
Development of SOP’s for Sequence Center; Follow up via audits for compliance with SOP’s for all functional teams.
2. Communications
Bilingual communication to English/Korean.
3. Inventory Control
Understands critical Part follow up (SAP, Container Schedule ); Follow up on hot parts including calling in containers from container yard and local suppliers.; Proactively monitoring HMMA production ordering via SAP logs to prevent hot part, hot shot or HEX orders; Daily Inventory consolidation for miscellaneous inventory request.

Experience
– Progressive levels of responsibilities and leadership in a logistics related function.
– Specific examples of success in managing complex projects and implementing Lean Principals.
– Bilingual in Korean and English is a must with at least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.

Skills
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Strong in MS Excel; Familiarity with ERP and SAP.

Education
– Bachelors Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or related discipline.
