아마도 미국무부의 Visa Bulletin을 보신 것 같은데 I-485 접수를 위해서는 이민국의 Adjustment of Status Filing Charts를 보셔야 합니다. 아래 링크에서 확인 가능합니다.

이민국의 Adjustment of Status Filing Charts에 따르면 3순위 LC 접수날짜가 2018년 4월 15일 이전이면 7월에 I-485 접수가 가능합니다. 어서 빨리 3순위 문호가 진전되길 기원합니다. 감사합니다.
