Repair Services Operation Manager

[Role and Responsibilities]

The position, reporting to Director of RB Operations, is in charge of managing overall inbound shipment (returns for repair) from carriers (ie. AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile DC) and fulfillment of RMA within the TAT (Turn Around Time) required by the contract. This person will work directly with Account managers within RB operations and PIC from each carrier reverse logistics.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

• Manage the relationship with the 3rd party vendor operations
• Provide operation guidance to vendors and ensure the operation KPI is met
• Lead the projects within the buffer operation warehouse
• Lead the tactical plans to meet the business objective
• Cultivate relationships with carrier account teams and other internal customers
• Oversee and complete all administrative responsibilities required for buffer operations
• Assist in business and program development
• Plan and execution of RMA fulfillment
• Warehouse staff ram up/down planning
• Participate in development of warehouse budgets and controls labor costs
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse tools and equipment
• Responsible for routine or standard technical problems and responds to standard requests from internal and external customers

Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of job related experience as preference and prior experience in telecommunications a plus.
• Experience with MS Office including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Experience conducting internal and third party audits required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and create original analysis
• Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills

Necessary Skills/Attributes for this position the following skills and abilities must be demonstrated at a proficient level:
• The ability to development and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company and with external contacts including customers, authorized service agents, sales team members, etc.
• Demonstrated English language competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external communications.
• Knowledge of Korean (speaking, reading, translating to English) considered a strong advantage.
• Work under very little supervision and guidance to identify and ensure achievement of production team goals and to complete individual work assignments within established time frames.
• Job duties require analysis and judgment of functional practices and daily experiences be used to determine appropriate courses of action.
• Bilingual in Korean is highly preferred

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

• Work generally performed in a lab, warehouse, or user environment.
• Lift, move, or adjust general test equipment, boxes, supplies, materials or products weighing up to 50 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures.
• May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule.
• Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
