[ Business Analyst ]
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 2-3 year relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Some experience in SQL, Tableau, and/or Python is a plus!
• Strong time management skills to achieve deadlines
• Language: English & Korean (Preferred)

Responsibilities
• Analyze past sales to adapt and improve future planning
• Prepare promotional market analysis and propose new promotional products and strategy initiatives for assigned categories
• Prepare weekly sales meeting materials
• Create & maintain meaningful reports to share with other departments
• Suggest and implement solutions to optimize reporting and processes
• Carry out performance analysis and reporting in collaboration with management
• Understand departmental functions & how the various data points demonstrate efficiency & performance
• Present data to various members of management in a consumable format that lends insight into the data without unnecessary complexity
• Perform ad hoc reporting to satisfy end-users
• Other duties as assigned
