지금 혹시 면허증이나 real ID 만료 되신 분 계신가요?

    안녕하세요 저는 일리노이에 거주하고 있습니다.

    다음주에 시험 하나를 치러 가야 하는데, 신분 확인용으로 쓸 document중 하나인 면허증이 5월28일에 만료가 되었는데,
    현재 나가지를 못해서 renew를 못하고 있었네요. 뉴스를 찾아보니 re-open하고 30일까지 만료일이 연장 된다고 하는데 혹시 만료된 신분증 사용해보신 분 계신가요? 혹시 신분증으로 인정이 안될까봐 혹시나 해서요..!
    DMV에 물어보려고 계속 전화 걸고 있는데 받지를 않네요..ㅎㅎ

      신분 증명에 여권도 가능하지 않나요.

      DMV보다는 시험 주관하는 곳에 연락을 해 보시죠. 예외적인 상황인만큼 일정 기간 자동 연장해서 인정해 줄 수도 있습니다.

      Driver Services Facilities are Now Open

      All driver’s licenses, ID cards, vehicle registration, restricted driving permits and monitoring device driving permits that are currently expired or set to expire by July 31 have been extended until Oct. 1, 2020.
      All employees are wearing face masks and customers are required to do the same. Plexiglass dividers have been installed at all work stations and tape has been applied to the floor in 6-foot intervals to follow social distancing guidelines, limiting the number of customers inside a facility at one time.
      Please be patient and prepared to wait outside in various types of weather. This is due to social distancing, which limits the number of people inside a facility at one time.
