Position : E-Commerce Marketing Associate
Location : Carlstadt, NJ

This position contributes to the company’s sales plan by creating and analyzing daily and weekly sales reports/ inventory lists. This position is partly responsible for B2C relationships by participating in daily direct/indirect communication with customers and creating weekly CS reports.

[Duties]
1. Customer Relationship Management
– Participating in daily direct and indirect communication with customers and creating weekly CS reports for managing B2C customer relationships.

2. Analyzing Sales Data
– Analyzing Sales Data by preparing weekly and each promotion sales report and preparing further sales plans with the team.

3. Inventory Management
– Creating a daily list of products that run out of stock during the promotion period and reporting to the team and warehouse for the tight inventory management.
