LC신청하고 오딧받아서 추가 서류제출한지 4개월정도 되었는데요
스폰서 회사로 이런 서류가 이메일로 왔다고 하는데
이게 LC승인인가요? 아직 변호사사무실에 연락을 안해봐서요. 토욜이라서.
이 Certication letter와 ETA 9089가 같이 왔대요

The United States Department of Labor has made a determination on your Application for
Permanent Employment Certification (ETA Form 9089) pursuant to Departmental regulations at
** ******* and as required by the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended.
Form ETA 9089 has been certified and is enclosed.  This certification must be attached to the
I-140 petition and filed with the appropriate office of the United States Citizenship and
Immigration Services.
