저도 시민권자가 아닐때도 이런 식의 email/phone call 많이 받았습니다. 단 requirement에 must be US Citizen…. ability to obtain Security clearance 등등등이 있더군요.

Recruiter쪽에서 resume보고 matched 된다 싶으면 job description을 보내더군요.
