작년 12월 말부터 오레건주 포틀랜드의 델리 가게에서 2월까지 풀타임으로 일하고 3월달에도 두번 파트타임 으로 일한거 빼고 일하다 코로나때문에 3월중순부터 일을 못했습니다.
제가 알기론 원래 12-18개월 동안 일했어야 자격이 되지만 지금은 재난상황인만큼 상관없이 실업수당을 받을 수 있다고 알고 있어서 신청을 했는데요.
우편으로 이런 내용이 왔네요.. 해석 도와주실 분 있으실까요..
그리고 혹시 받으려면 어떻게 해야할지..

Based on your work history, you do not qualify for unemployment insurance.
If you have already reported missing wages and hours of work to an unemployment department, you will receive a second notice in the mail. To qualify, you must have work with total base year wages of 1000 or more and have total bade year wages that are equal to or greater than one and one half times the highest total wage quarter amount in the base year or you may quality if you have some wages and 500 hours of work during base year.
If you worked in the 3 month immediately following the base year shown on this form you may be eligible for an alternate base year.
If you have not already done so please contact your unemployment insurance center to determine if you have sufficient wages and hours of work to qualify for benefits under the provisions of an alternate base year.
