감사합니다. 오늘 변호사한테 관련 답변이 왔는데 이곳 (https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-4#footnote-26) 참고하라고 하네요. 결론은 의사가 사인할 당시에 valid 한 document 면 된다고 합니다. 비슷한 상황 있으신분 참고하세요. 변호사도 혹시 내가 원하면 civil surgeon 한테 전화해서 새로운 form 에 받으라고 했는데 일단 전 오늘 그냥 제출하였습니다. 혹시나 USCIS에서 문제삼으면 공유하겠습니다.
“the only acceptable version of Form I-693 is the version in use at the time of the medical examination.”
“the Form I-693 must be a valid form version as of the date the civil surgeon signed the form.”
