Employers participating in E-Verify must not:
Create an E-Verify case for an employee who was hired before the employer signed the E-Verify MOU, except in certain instances such as employees of federal contractors with the FAR E-Verify clause.
라는 걸 보니 E-verify 가입 전에 고용된 직원은 E-verify를 해야하는 건 아니고 오히려 must not 하지 말아야 한다고 적혀있는 거 아닌가요? 고용주가 뭔가 제대로 잘못 알고 있는 것 같은데요? E-verify 가입 이후에 고용된 직원들만 e-verify를 시작해주면 됩니다만… 그게 싫은 거면 방법 없지요.
