만약 미국에 잡 오퍼가 있거나 해외지사로 트랜스퍼 하시는 상황이면 exceptional circumstances로 인정되고 미국쪽이 아니라 서울대사관에서 3-4개월 안에 수속 가능하니 그쪽으로 신청하셨어야 해요.
