Job Description
Requirements:
Law firm experience (as a secretary or similar position) and/or good knowledge of the litigation process
Computer
Telephone (cell phone okay)
Quiet place to make phone calls
Interpreter/Translator Availability Check
Answer client calls.
Contact interpreters and translators to check their availability for jobs when they come in. This includes confirming their fees for translation/interpretation. You will contact interpreters via email or phone (including KakaoTalk).
This position calls for quick replies to emails, texts and phone calls.
Quoting/Invoicing
Create and send quotes to clients who inquire about our services and on translation/interpretation job posts.
Create and send invoices to clients after projects are complete. If you don’t have invoicing knowledge, we’ll teach you.
Bid on potential translation and interpretation jobs.
Social Media Posting/Email Management
Posting regular updates on Social Media platforms, including YouTube and LinkedIn (you will not have to prepare the content).
Sending emails to individual clients and our email lists using MailChimp
Work hours: 11AM-1PM, Monday-Friday (10 hours total. Time is flexible.)
Pay: $10/hr., $400/month (paid monthly)
Start: January 2020
