예 좀 더 정확하게 구체적으로 말하면 DD 님께서 말씀하신 Other state tax credit 가 맞습니다. 전 위에서 foreign 이란 의미를 “해외”가 아닌 “거주지를 제외한 주 혹은 국가” 로 사용했습니다. 즉, Foreign tax credit 이 Other state tax credit 보다 조금 더 넓은 의미기에, Other state tax credit 대신 Foreign tax credit 이란 용어를 사용했습니다.
