현재 기다리는 중 ㅠㅠ

최근에 상원의원에게 영주권 프로세싱 관련해서 문의 했었는데, 아래와 같이 답변을 받았습니다. 편지 말미에 이슈가 아직 해결되지 않았다고 하는데, 이게 좋은 건지 나쁜 건지 모르겠습니다.혹 다른분들도 이런 내용을 받으셨는지 궁금해서 올립니다. 그리고 선배님들 조언을 듣고자 합니다.

참고로 아래 편지는 이민국에서 상원의원실로 보내준 것입니다.

While the processing steps for most applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays.

USCIS is unable to render a decision on Mr. XXX’s application until certain issues are resolved. USCIS is striving to resolve these issues as soon as possible. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application will be completed.
