    AILA( American Immigration Lawyer Association) 로부터 업데이트된 내용입니다.
    EB5를 제외하고는 3년동안은 영향이 없을것으로 보여집니다.

    Retains the “do no harm” provision for all EB petitions approved on the date of enactment and the three-year transition period for EB-2 and EB-3 immigrants, but does not include EB-5 immigrants in the transition period.

      바로 RoW는 15퍼, 그다음 2년간 10퍼만 할당되고, 현재 RoW가 매년 그거보다는 훨씬 넘게 가져가고 있으니, 영향이 분명히 있을걸로 예상되고 있습니다

      이번 회계 연도부터 85프로가인도/중국으로 가니 직격탄이 있습니다. 법안 자체가 문제 투성이라는 뜻입니다.
