핑거프린트를 위한 instruction이 아직 안왔는데요.

485 접수를 3월 말쯤에 했는데…접수번호를 넣고 확인하니 status가 위와 같이 나오는데요…아직도 fingerprint instruction이 안오는 것은 뭔가 문제가 있는 것인가요 ? 아니면 우편물이 유실되었는지요 ?
Instruction에 핑거프린트해야할 날짜 장소 나오는가요?
