Have you ever asked about the promotion?
You should ask for promotion if you get high for at least two consecutive review period.
Your manager might think that you are satisfied with current salary and position.
You should ask for what you want, nobody knows what you want unless you tell them.
So if you really want to promo, ask your manager that you’ve been getting high’s for 3 years in a row but haven’t promoted yet.
If they don’t promote you and just tell you some bs, then leave the company ASAP
