    Job Description
    We are looking for a Bilingual Korean General Affairs Specialist for a warehouse company in Clarksville, TN. This job will require some HR and Accounting functions. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, where being hired as permanent employee has a VERY HIGH chance after successful completion of probationary period.

    Essential Functions:

    Supports HR function on employee hiring & resignation process
    Supports employee payroll & benefits including insurance
    Manage corporate tax payments to government
    Manage employee attendance
    Office management, purchase office supplies as directed by manager
    Co-work with headquarter in Korea for corporate related items
    Administer all corporate related reports and attached documents
    Act as a liaison internally and externally
    Accurate management of postal letters, documents, notices, and carrier deliveries
    Manage overall corporate assets (company car, PC, cellphones, etc.)
    Accounting: Quick Book (accounting) and ADP (payment)
    Administer account payable & receivable
    Organize & store purchase/sales/import/export documents
    Manage overhead expenses & receipts
    Prepare financial statements and quarterly balancing account
    Prepare and manage wire transfer process (overhead/tax/payment), list & reports.
    Report on fund status, spending & budget planning
    Support on report preparation & analysis, internally and externally (with Korea HQ)
    Position Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree required

    Related Experience: 0 – 2 years of job related experience desired

    Skills / Knowledge

    Bilingual Skills: Posses the ability to speak, read, and write Korean and English fluently
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    Experience managing multiple tasks and activities per timelines
    Good editing and writing skills
    Exceptional customer service skills and telephone etiquette
    Ability to work with vendors
    Ability to prepare for and support meetings
    Attention to detail
    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
