기분나쁜 Mortgage

approval letter 에는 30 year fixed에 “Initial Interest Rate” 4.5% (fixed 인데 initial은 또 뭔소린지..)
45 day rate lock, expiration 6/12/2018이라고 적혀있는데 이걸 가지고 따질 수 있는 건가요?
저들 멋대로 규정만들고 바꾸고 하는 것 같아서 정말 짜증나네요.
