직장이 MTV/Sunnyvale 쪽이라 north san jose 사는 사람들은 north park/domain/crescent vlg 등 아파트 사는데 그런곳들은 이미 스튜디오가 2300-2500 이고 1bd/1ba 부턴 2600달러부터 시작함.

north san jose 랑 santana row 제외한 산호세 주변은 더 쌀수도 있겠네요. 아파트가 많이 낡았거나 학군이 안좋거나 rest of bay 에서 넘 멀리 떨어졌거나 등.
